In this video Sergio tells about their experience in the Greek Supreme Court. The trial court
did not find sufficient evidence to implicate him and denied the US request for his
extradition, but the prosecutor appealed the court's decision. The Supreme Court where the
case was brought hears Sergio who appears in person and sets a date for the issuance of a
decision. Sergio is seized with fear and decides to stay in international waters until the
decision is announced.
